I thought this was a pretty interesting concept.  Looks like Naturalpoint is branching it's TrackIR use from flight and driving sims into the FPS's.  This looks like it's first implementation of it.  The game is Armed Assault (not released yet), a remake/clean-up job of the original Operation Flashpoint, and a stepping stone to OFP2.  Pretty neat idea, though I'm sure it would take some getting used to.

That is interesting.  I had wondered about this when the TIR got popular, if they would go beyond flight with that set up.

cool. then i'm sure someday there will be track treadmill so that your character gets exhausted when you do. and you can moderate you speed, direction, crouch, prone, etc... and then there will be track body armor, so you can actually feel the bullets hitting your body...

i think its a cool idea... just waiting for track ir price to come down a bit...
