Sony kills goat and displays it to promote “God of War” video game.
What kind of crap is happening here.  Seriously, are we truly at a time in this world where anything goes?  How ludicrous is this?  They state that they did this in poor taste after they killed the goat.  Tell me, where does the line begin at poor taste and actually following through with something so hideous?  Oh wait, it is the public outcry!  That is what a piss poor company does to promote itself.   Oh they new it was going to bring public outcry, that is absolutely why they did it in the first place.  Class act I am telling you, it will only get worse from here.  What a joke, what ever happened to the good old Sony company?  It is gone, welcome to the new Sony kill a goat and promote!!

just another episode of sony corporate failure.

this has been ongoing for decades , documentaries have been made about sony's abuse of mexican and malaysian workers and thier respective environments.

this seems to be poor judgement personified ..but it will be spun off and consumers will forget, thats the problem here, consumer awareness needs
to be higher, we need to know what these companies do to bring products to market ,and we need to be a bit more judgemental on how we spend our
money, buy american products is a good start...i think the tide is starting to turn ..ppl already are percieving the intent of sony ect, forcing blu ray down
throats..ala betamax...and the impending collapapse of the playstation3 are key indicators of this, even now apple macbooks are replacing sony vaio laptops
as status symbol studio machines.

it couldnt come fast enough for me ...sony needs to be cut down a few notches ..and microsoft will be the cutting edge of the axe.

Yep, too bad I own any Sony product, this makes me feel I approve of that company's ideals.  (I don't)

We can have a sit in at Sony HQ?  Na, I can't make it, besides, I would look like one of those activist.  You guys are so right, if we would just stand up and say no more of this kind of crap and buy American. 
The "buy American" has me a bit perplexed in a way.  Here is why, Sony and other companies cater to Americans by this kind of display.  Think about it, slaughtering a goat in some sort of ritual is non other than an American cult ritual, so we eat this stuff up.  Well not me in that we, but still, we Americans are to blame for the thought process and social deviancies we have.  I have seen some sick American adds that do the same thing differently.

when i go to buy a consumer electronic device the first thing i do is look for a comprable alternative to sony, and if you look with discriminating eyes
you will see that samsung,panasonic, phillips,sharp,toshiba et al ..all offer comprable devices with similar specs , but these companies do not have the
horrid buisiness practice that sony does, and the devices are more inline pricewise..its no secret sony price inflates there stuff in order to try and position
themelves as an elite brand , when in fact they are not, in head to head shootouts samsung and panasonic regularly beat sony , to add insult to injury
it has been revealed that "matshusita electronics LLC" otherwise known as Panasonic make the sony bravia screens ..so much for trinitron and vega as
a sony produced offering.

with higher consumer awareness your choices are endless, you dont have to buy american per say , just keep your options open,and keep in the back of your
mind that the sony product your looking at got to where its at ...at the expense of low income workers health and abhorrent labor practices, such as  the pact
between sony and the mexican govt ,that garuntees sony ..that mex workers will never ever get pay increases ...keeping sonys manufacturing costs down.

That is a good point Instinct, it does pay to shop.  The more I look in to Sony, the less they look like a reputable company.
