If you participate in our forums, you may have recently received an email asking you to download a TeamSpeak PATCH.EXE file. Please do NOT download or execute this file.

CONTENTS OF THE PHONY EMAIL:

Recently a security exploit on our website allowed an intruder to send a mass-email to all registered forums users, informing them of a supposed patch for TeamSpeak. ***THE EMAIL WAS FAKE AND MALICIOUS IN NATURE*** We have been working around the clock to address this issue and as of this moment it is now RESOLVED. Please keep in mind we take these matters very seriously and are always doing everything we possibly can to ensure that your visit to our website is safe and secure.

I recommend ONLY downloading from the teamspeak.com domain... as anything else may be a scam, or a redirect to a page containing malicious code. If you receive a suspicious email that wants you to click a link, I would recommend right-clicking the link, and selecting "copy link location", then opening up notepad and pasting the link into there to further inspect the URL... because its not hard to "mask" a link...

GOTeamSpeak -  It came out in April but it looks like it is going around again.  Just an FYI
