so?..do we really need to shoot at each other all the time?,perhaps we can race each other?, in this game GT legends the multiplay allows for 36 people to race , and not just any cars the classics,stingray corvettes,MG motors,mustang pony cars and on and on, the game is not too xpensive all you will need is a controller for an aditional 20 bucks ,the release date is the end of this month ,i might be getting this because i like racing but not the new street racing stuff i like the bend toward classic muscle, and if we can get at least 10 of us on a meow race team we can go into a 36 man server and have some good old fashioned tear it up fun?

Need for speed underground I have that one already. OR the New Need for speed. U can even run from the cops or one man can be the cop and the other the fleeing perp. As the cop u can call HQ for spike strip deployment and aditional support if needed. I like it.

GREAT IDEA INSTINCT!!! I THINK THAT WOULD BE COOL. WITHOUT STARTING A BIG OL DEBATE I HOPE. WHICH GAME, ILL GO BUY IT TODAY. KITTY, IN THE ONE YOU MENTION IT SOUNDS LIKE ONE COP AND ONE MAN THATS TWO. CAN ANY MORE PARTICIPATE AT ONE TIME IN THAT CHASE? BECAUSE WE NEED A GAME WHERE EVERYBODY CAN RACE AT THE SAME TIME ON A EVEN PLAYING FIELD. IF WE CCAN IN NEED FOR SPEED THAT WORKS.

i dunno gunner i dont want to suggest a major investment here, just fun ,all i have is a gamepad ,thats all i recomend i thought this game might be nice because its classic muscle, but im not very up on what the best racing game is, so if anyone is into that plz let us know whats the best one?...rally?,gtr?,bikes?.

either way 36 man server lets a lot of us in to have some fun,hey i dont mind racing swamp boats through new orleans under fire

ok the toca game frikin rocks!,the cars are superb,you can race everything from go carts to race trucks waaaaaaayyyyyy cool.

the next gen game is due out in 1 week im there , i like this game so far.

Only available via download, but very Mod friendly.  Great net code as well.  I have raced online with 20+ with no lag issues.  Good physics model and the F3's are a hoot.

the toca 2 game is now old,however the new toca 3 will allow online racing in rally,baha,cart,monster trucks,race trucks,f1,touring car,street models,classic muscle,go carts,le mans,german circuit,australian muscle.

toca 3 is due out end of january early feb.

Yea VooDoo, you can set up joysticks to work with driving sims.  Shouldn't be a problem to get CH pedals to work for brake and gas.  I use the pedals from my Driving Force Pro wheel as rudder pedals in IL2. 

You wanna race trucks?  rFactor has a UPS/FedEx delivery truck mod out.  A lawn mower racing mod is on the way for rFactor.  I'm sure there will be an CTS mod before to long.   I know the stock car mod is in the works. 

A word of warning though.  This isn't a console game like TOCA or some of the others.  This is a sim and has the sometimes steep learning curve that goes with a sim.

We'd better stick to one that is more arcade, less sim, if we want more peeps to play. Funny how everyone can put so much time into AA to get their weapons, sniper guns, and medic training done, though...
