Ok!!! I just got home and my RAM arrived, I install it and TRYED to fire up the PC and it wont. After looking over the MB to see if I knocked something loose I was at a loss. After banging my head a few times I put back my old RAM and the PC started right up?? Ok I'm at a loss why would it do that?

Buddy of mine did that same thing, told me I could have it, when he brought it over and I tried it, it was fried. Better make sure it is ok before selling it to someone you dont know

I tried it on buddy's PC that is 240 pin it works fine but he already had 4gb so don't need it. When it "looked" like it was set in the slot it was not so it never made full contact, I talked to newegg and they said the would return it with 15% restocking fee. I would rather see if someone else needs it 1st.
