Firefox cookies problem
«
on:
July 14, 2008, 12:18:37 PM »
Everytime I close Firefox it deletes all my cookies even though I have it set not to. I checked, and it's not happening with IE. I don't know why it's doing this, I have made no changes.

Also, I have it set to keep them "until they expire". And the login duration here is set to "forever". None of my extensions are causing it either.

C is for Cookie, that's good enough for me. everybody sing along.
Is firefox "better" than IE? I haven't DL'd it yet, was thinking about doing so but I have IE tweeked out finally so Vista doesn't have a cow and will actually let me do most things.

FF all the way. I only keep IE for windows update. You're going to end up with alot less junk on your machine with FF.

I prefer firefox now that i've gotten use to it, but there are certain websites that require IE. so I have to use that at work, but I use firefox at home, at first it might be frustrating because its a little bit different, but once you learn it you will be much better off security wise.

I use Slim Browser for the past 4 or 5 years. I like it has some nice features to it too.
