1 more thing.  I can't get the snap in top fan assembly in place because of the position of the leads coming from the PSU.

Here's the top 90mm exhaust assembly.  To put it in there, you squeeze those 2 plastic things sticking up on the left and right of it, push up to get them into the slots, then push towards the back of the case to secure the whole thing.  It doesn't fit because of the power supply leads.  So this is what I was thinking:  Remove the clear plastic holder from the fan, put a vibration dampening strip on top of the fan, then zip tie it to the top of the case using that honeycomb structure.

Those PSU holes don't look that misaligned to me.  Just loosen all the screws and get the last two started, the whole thing will pull into place.

Have you tried installing the fan before you install the power supply?

One thing to remember with these builds is there is a fairly wide tolorence on a lot of this stuff.  There is usually a bit of wiggle room on most screw holes, just don't tightebn em down till you have them all started.

As far as PS and fan, the PS designer made it to fit a standard setup.  He never had any reason to plan on the top fan position on your case.   There's no standard governing that for him to work with.

Building an all out rig is like assembling a home built aircraft.  You have to be inventive to get all the parts together and functioning, but the satsfaction is great when you stat fraggin with it.
