OFP2 - Codemasters

Been following this in their forums and sadly I am seeing that the Consoles have dictated how the PC version should play.  The game will be stripped of many "Realistic" features and will play as an arcade (CodeMaster denies this).

There will be no leaning, free look to start.  This simply makes the avatar nothing but a stick figure with a weapon IMHO.
Reading their forum I see where there is much confusion on what is in the game why it is not in the game and because Consoles do not support such things..... they water down the PC version.

To get a better idea, look at what you will find - Not one thread is specific - once you think it is you will find there are caveats "because the console could not support....pc will not have" is straight up  BS.   I am not slamming consoles but to me, a die hard PC gamer - i do not want a game watered down due to a consoles ability.  That is plain stupid.

That is BS.  I have a few FPS games that support leaning on my PS3.

Never thought I'd see Codemasters sell out to the console market.  To be honest, this one's kind of fallen off my radar.  Unless there's a demo for it, and it's good, I'm not dropping 50 on it.  Beyond MW2 and GW2, there's not a whole lot else out there that catches my eye currently.
