I understand your feelings. However, not all Muslim families are this way.  Many see the Koran as we see the Bible. (I.E.We no longer stone adulterous women). It's the hard liners and the bullying of the Mosque leaders.   The father is probably reacting to the embarrassment the Mosque puts on him.  I agree he should be drawn and quartered, we are not in Syria, we are in the United States. They will protect a sandhill crane more than a teen age Christian girl.

I guess I differ in that feeling - I am not a real hater - Just when it comes to Muslims there is nothing good about any of them - even your "good" Muslims fall very short of human standard God gave us.
  
Extremist or not, the words in the Koran are the same and read the same Eve.  You and I are pagans and will die a horrible death and better if by their hands as their reward will be greater.  
No matter how it is painted, the 'good" Muslims do nothing to stop the "bad" Mussy's.  They are all the cancer of what God created.   I believe John even mentions this in Revelations.
I have to point out that this beautiful girl comes from a "good" Muslim family, why then is she afraid?  Because she knows they are scum as well as I.    
Every (gag) American Muslim is paying some Mosque that in turns pays another Muslim POS to kill an American. This is what your "good" Muslims do, they feed their brothers that do the dirty deeds. There is even a store right here in Salem that sells Beer and Cigs.  The back room is a Mosque.  They are all over the US, how fricken ironic ~buy a beer, kill a US soldier, next!

I generally agree TK.  Although there are a lot of "good" Christians that fall short of human standards too. 

There is nothing good about the Muslim religion. It is harsh and down right wrong.  Actually any religion is detrimental to society at one time or another.   The difference in Christianity is the Faith part. The Scribes and Pharisees missed the point and  practiced the RELIGION part but Christ brought the love and Faith part.  Without it Religion is controlling and lacks divine direction.  I' not telling you, you know this. But many may read this that don't.

With the Faith (Love) part of religion, that girl would have Grace and forgiveness and not condemnation.  Even if the thing she did was wrong, which is is not.   The stupidity of all this is that she may not be protected by our government. Even though she is almost an adult and can decide for herself.

Bottom line in this instance, I blame less the religion and more the people of America for not standing up for this girl. If it were the other way around and she turned Muslim in a Christian Family the government wold step in in a big way.  That is the unbalance in this case.

I have no love for the Muslims, they will be the cause of many deaths and a lot of destruction before Christ returns.  They will most likely be the catalyst for the final battle.

We all fall short of His goal.  As for the Muslims, they are the least of the human race IMHO.  For anyone to condone the murders of innocence, to carry out such atrocities or the thoughts of the live beheading broadcast or the threats that pour out of that (Muslim) community .  
IMHO - That religion is a direct threat to the USA - Anyone practicing such a threat as this is open game and needs to be brought down.  They can practice that cult in their own land.
The reason I feel that way?  Because we are already making laws for these bastards and the threats they bring with them.  Look at England - The Muslims have such a following there that England cannot protect it self from with in.  They know it and that is what will happen very shortly here in the USA.  They will set them selves up in our Government (Already taking place - two legislatures have taken the oath on the Koran rather than the Bible) Laws are being sought to enrich and allow this community to grow and have even more say about what we Americans do.

Islamic belief is not one I care to even entertain.  It is now a mainstream religion here, Islamic can take their prayer rugs and look east and pray in our schools - try that with a Bible and a few seconds of silence and it is a crime.
I am telling you this religion will be the death of us all.  I would hate to see the Koran prove true - it is heading that way......

I agree it will be the death of us.  While we sleep and sit on our butts they are aggressively weaving into our culture.  The liberal and mamby pamby politicians are a facilitator to this.  We must return patriots to the government and vote the lackeys out.
