OK here we go.
A gentle man is driving down the road in Washington and comes up on a massive traffic jam. Not one car moving in either direction. After a few minutes he sees a man walking along side the cars carrying a hat, when the guy gets to his window he rolls it down and ask whats going on.
The gentleman replies,
Terrorist have kidnapped Obama, Jesse Jackson, Oprah and are demanding 10 million dollar rand-some or they will pour gasoline on them and burn them, and we are taking donations to get them freed.
The man in the car replies "well whats the average donation so far?"
Gentleman outside replies " Oh, about a gallon."
