Not real new to the market but what is nice is this kind of software has come a long ways!
There are many out there and I am looking at the VAC software - free trial $18 shareware and others are free.
There is much to the advantage this kind of software allows the user - for instance, manipulating your squad mates (AI's) and many other very nice features that allow a simple voice command.

My first use of VAC in ARMA II is a simple OMG!, I have eliminated a whole slew of keys alone for commanding my squad mates.
"Squad" "support" "move to" click on map (6 member squad with this command I just sent my SAW support to a particular spot)
"Squad" "medic" "heal team leader"
"Squad" "all" (selects all) "Attack that...." Look at what you want to attack

There is much more to this and it is only an example.  Again, this is not new but has come a long ways.  Some of these application require no voice training at all!
below are just a few - there are many.

That DCS is a great game!  I have it and it is a very complicated sim to master - Smooth!  You see that sim yet?  I will post some vids on that sim alone, very nice.

I have it's predecessor, LOMAC.  It wasn't as realistic as some of the other sims I have played, but the basics are there.
