Just got off the phone with Stan, Rem308.. He is at the Hospital.. his Father isn't doing well at all. He has Encephalitis. It's not looking to well as of right now. There keeping him comfortable for now.

I'm sad to announce that i received a call yesterday afternoon that Stan's Father has passed.. Stan seems to be doing as well as one could expect.
He will be MIA for a week or so..

Thank you all for you thoughts and prayers from the bottom of my heart. I can't tell you how much it means to me to have friends like you all. There is so much going on that i took a little time today for myself and am getting ready to battle my siblings now so that my fathers last wishes can be followed. Thanks again for all of your support.

Well to add to an already bad year, my step father is going in tomorrow to have a leg amputated due to complications from parkinsons and diabetes, while he is in surgery my mother will have her pre op appointment. She has been diagnosed with ovarian cancer and will be going through a full hysterectomy and four months of chemo. Going to be a rough time for a while.

Just an update, both Mom and stepdad had their surgeries and both came through ok. Stepdad is doing well and recovering for the next month at the VA convelecent home. Unfortunately when Mom starts chemo he will need to stay there as he has so many infections he can't be around mom. Mom was having a lot of pain but surgery went well and she should be home soon.
