April mentioned this new dialogue in the HoM with Lieutenant Thackeray. They've made a collector out of him now. Someone mentioned that you have to go through all of the dialogues with zoning in and out of the HoM to get through it. This is character based so he'll only take one of each requirement per character. Scroll to the end of the wiki page here to see what he's accepting and what the rewards are.
