Here's where I've got my system for 24/7 use so far since we were discussing overclocks.

E8500 C0 @ 3.8 (400x9.5) 1.28vcore 1.1vtt all other voltages stock, core temps usually <60C load (stock 3.16, 333.9.5)
GTX260c216 65nm 729/1458/1242 (stock 576/1242/999) load temps generally hover around 60C  -I might try to push this further with more voltage.

20% gains on the cpu and fsb, 26% core, 17% shader, and 24% gpu mem.  Core showed no signs of stress at 729 and I think it can go higher.  The shader is holding me back as core can be no more than half of shader and I can't reach its next step without artifacting.  CPU is at it's practical limit.  I've hit fsb holes between 1600-1700 and it would require way too much vcore to get stable.

nice i could probably get more out of Video card but mine is on stock voltage
