Could this be the cause of my computer not able to turn off??  I can not turn off my computer by using the Start or by the power source.  It just turns back on.  I have searched all the Windows XP forums and tried everything Instinct has implied, but still have this problem.     Here is a screen shot, i might have turned somthing off in the bio's by accident.  What should I do or not worry about it.  Thanks

Yes and no.  Yes you have problems and no those problems should not cause you the inability to shut off – unless you have ‘Wake on LAN’ or ‘Wake on ROM’ activated in the BIOS.  Then I can see a possible connection.  First, lets get it to shut off before we tackle the missing drivers for your hardware/software.
When booting, before the Windows welcome splash and just after the re-start hit your Delete key.  (you might hit it several times after the restart.  There is a short window of time before it goes to the splash screen and you will have to try again)
Once in the BIOS, disable any Wake on abilities.  What the Wake on LAN/ROM does is allow critical computers to start when shut down by power loss or an error in the system.  This is more for servers and such, not for home users so much though I do use it for our home file server.  Besides the Wake on LAN/ROM look for Auto restart on off or a Never off operation.  Disable those if you find them.
Get back with me to get those drivers installed.
