I just can't take it any more. I heard on the radio this morning that they are going to pass that stupid bill banning plastic bags at the store plus a 5 cent tax on paper bags. This is to force people of Oregon to use reusable bags.
For one thing why does Salem feel they need to FORCE americans to do what they want.
What's in it for them. Second I reuse my plastic bags all the time. I use them for carrying lunch, for the garbage bags, to carry my swimming close and towels. 3rd where is this fee for the paper bags going? But of course there will be exceptions to the rule for certain stores. Doesn't our government have more important things to work on. Like cut spending?!
