Have to subscribe to the newsletter to get it. still looks like it is going on. had to create a profile then go into subscription preferences and sign up for the email newsletter, then it will allow the "purchase".

You get access to both the Mac and PC files... did you by chance download the Mac file? There is a dropdown to select between Mac/Pc only.

Yes, PC only.  It has no tag.. my machine doesnt know how to open it.  Are you guys on XP or 7??

They are exe files... some are just content, and not the program itself... maybe you are just running one of the content packs?
