http://www.teamspeakoverlay.com/Its pretty sweet... Shows you who's speaking while you're playing... One slight default annoyance that you can turn off is all the stuff that loads on the like FPS and other some stuff. You can disable them in the settings but you have to select each dropdown option and click disable.
Tested and works on AA.
